WolfPack men’s soccer to hold February ID camp

KAMLOOPS, BC—The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack men’s soccer team is hoping to get a jump on preparations for their 2020-21 Canada West season.

The Pack have firmed up their dates for their 2020 spring evaluation camp.  It will take place next month for two days (Feb 22-23) on the Warner Rentals field at Hillside Stadium.

Head coach John Antulov states, “ We are very pleased to be holding this ID camp at TRU and Warner Rentals Stadium.  It is very important for our program to continue to look and evaluate for high end talent here in the interior.   There are many ‘hidden gems’ in the south and central interior and this gives us an opportunity to see them in our environment. As the program continues to grow we are also receiving interest from players in the Lower Mainland, Alberta and Northern BC that are attending this camp.  I am hoping this will be one of our strongest camps to date.”

There is a registration fee of 75 dollars for the camp.  Interested players can register at this link: https://truevents.universitytickets.com/w/event.aspx?id=1443.

The camp will run both days from 9 am to 3 pm.

The WolfPack made the Canada West playoffs for the fourth straight season in 2019, being eliminated in the first round.  Thompson Rivers has a USPORTS  and two Canada West bronze medals in their last three seasons of play.
